Foundation

Kintari was founded above all as a charity organisation with an aim to help children and young artists in Indonesia. All profit Kintari makes from its performances and touring activities is used to promote education of children in the poorest areas of Indonesia. It also contributes to provision of school equipment, clothing and shoes. Kintari is a small organisation, so its helping activities are very limited in scale. However, even this small help can change lives, if only for a few children. The help is not financial only; members teach in indonesian schools, give basic needs as food or medical care to the poorest one and also help young poor students with their university applications.
In Indonesia people believe that life springs up from every planted seed. Likewise, even a small contibution can become a great help for someone. That is what we believe in. /KINTARI FOUNDATION
